Basically, a lot of consultant our there will sitting at their rocking chair. They will just consult based on hourly charges by giving a golden idea. But do you know one thing golden idea is that workable and applicable that is another issue. Does they charge you? Some idea or guidance they provide are not suitable to apply in here. Every country have different policies.
Personally i had a friend of mine who is great in providing idea. But majority of the idea is not workable nor applicable. So that have to depends on which country and the policies.But he make a good income and engaged with a great term with those company who buy his idea. But, until now i had seen every projects or company which he engaged with will just engaged him for half way.
Why ? if he is really great why company want to stop his services? His fee is not cheap. Per month USD2k one week will go office for once and monitor and give the report to the CEO. One week he will just spent like 1-3 hours. That all. Will that really works? He will get the contract at least few months. He don't responsible if the business doesn't work. Will that consider a small scam? Instead increasing profit i will consider the company is making a losses.
He is lucky i will said that.
Our differentiation:
Engagement Fee: USD 5,000 One time ( Minimum )
Engagement fee normally will charge based on the complication of the business or which ever service they needed.
We will normally participate in their business. We want thing to be done based on our participation too. We are normally will be working based on result that we can proven.
